Dr Londhe is an IIMA alumnus and trained by ISB Hyderabad and HBS.
He has published more than 40 research papers in Scopus Indexed and other reputed journals. His Google citations count is more than 300. He has published 7 books. More than 10 scholars have been awarded Ph.D. degrees under his supervision. He is a double Post Graduate with Ph.D. from Pune University. After working for 12 years in Pharma Industry, Prof Londhe has been associated with many reputed Universities including Universities from Denver USA, and Mauritius. He is known for his student-centric approach and skill outcome-based teaching with innovative pedagogy and assessments.
Dr. Biswajeet Champaty has received his B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering from the Biju Patnaik University of Technology Odisha and M.Tech in Biomedical Engineering from SRM University, Chennai. He earned his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Rourkela, Odisha. He joined the School of Engineering at ADYPU in August 2016. He has a profound interest in the field of medical electronics and instrumentation with a specialization in biosignal-based intelligent human-computer interface design for controlling assistive devices. He has extensive expertise in device development for biosignal acquisition, MATLAB based graphical user interface design for real-time signal processing and event monitoring, biosignal-based wireless control of rehabilitative devices, and assistive robotics
and applications of IoT in healthcare.
He has published 8 research publications in refereed journals, 26 international publications in various IEEE conferences, and 13 book chapters of international repute.
7 of his research papers have received the best international paper awards.
Dr. Biswajeet has received the ISER-Young Scientist Award 2017 by the International Society for Engineers and Researchers, Vienna, Austria for his contribution to the field of “Human-Computer Interaction”.
Dr Gouri Deasi comes across as an accomplished, research-driven, and innovative design thinker. She is a Gold Medalist for her graduation and has been a GATE Research Scholar for her Masters in Urban Design from the Centre for Planning and Technology, (CEPT) Ahmedabad. She has over 22 years of Professional and Academic Experience. She has been guiding and supervising Doctoral Research Scholars with a wide range of Research Publications. She is leveraging these experiences through her meaningful academic initiatives and redefining the Educational Landscape in the Indian scenario in resonance with the Global Higher Education Perspective. She joined ADYPU as it is a university that has been progressively re-designing and innovating the Educational Landscape transforming the young minds. It’s a key differentiator which sets them apart from the other players in the Educational Domain.
Dr. Manju is a multi‐faceted media, entertainment, and communication professional with over a decade of experience in the field of journalism, communication, public relations, and media training. She has been awarded a Ph.D. by the Savitribai Phule University of Pune in 2016. Her areas of specialization are journalism, advertising, public relations, experiential communication, corporate communications, and content publishing. She has written several articles in leading national and international dailies publishing firms including Time of India, Indian Express, Sakal Times, The Week, New Global Indian, etc. She writes on education, information technology, entertainment, culture, and real estate. She has also served as an India-based correspondent for a Hong-Kong-based NRI diaspora magazine ‘Beyond Sindh’ which circulated in over 125 countries. To her credit, she has edited two books written by India’s famed fitness and wellness trainer‐Abhimanyu Sable and India’s first bau‐biologist‐Mayank Barjatya. Her hobbies include reading non-fiction books, listening to soft romantic melodies, and making new friends.
He pursued his dream of becoming an automotive designer by taking up the bachelor’s course in Transportation Design offered at Istituto Europeo di Design(IED), is one of the premier design schools in Turin, Italy. During his college years, he won prestigious design projects sponsored by Azimut Yachts and Aston Martin Motor company. Though he has been inundated with offers from internationally renowned automobile companies, his passion lies in pedagogy. His core interest areas include conceptualization, freehand and digital sketching and
rendering, automobile design history, aesthetics, and future mobility solutions. He has been guiding students in design projects since he joined the college as a full-time faculty in 2010. Along with other senior faculty members, he has been instrumental in establishing the Automobile Design discipline in college.
Priya Abraham has completed her education in Mumbai in commerce from Somaiya college and has since had varied experiences as her life unfolded. With many years of experience under her name, Priya started working with WNS for British airways and went on to work in the cruise industry based in the UK. Her work enabled her to travel the world and work with various nationalities and cultures. This exposure to people from different walks of life broadened her perspective to understand people on a deeper level. Her passion and empathy for understanding and knowing people brought her to ADYPU in 2013. She has connected with students ever since and parted her wisdom of varied experiences to our young adults. A travel and nature enthusiast, Priya continues to assist students at ADYPU.
Dr. Sachin Manoharrao Rajas has completed his M.Sc. and Ph.D.(Maths.) from Amravati University, Amravati, (M.S.), India. He has also completed his B.Ed. from Nagpur University. He has a total of 22 years of teaching experience in engineering colleges of four different universities. His area of research is geometric function theory and fractional calculus. His core area includes Univalent and Multivalent function and their analytical and geometrical properties which deals with complex analysis.
He has published a total of 12 research papers in International Journals and presented 7 research papers at National/ International Conferences. He has participated/ organized 25 STTP/FDP/Workshop/Seminar/Orientation program/Conferences. He is the author of 2 books of Engineering Mathematics I and III. He has worked as a reviewer for Tata Mc-Graw Hill Ltd. He is working as a Ph.D. examiner for some universities. He is a life member of 3 professional societies as ISTE, IJMSEA, and IJERIA. He has worked in the designing of the curriculum at MIT’s AOE, Pune, and GHRCEM, Pune.
He has joined ADYPU due to his initiative toward innovative culture, pace for thinking towards advanced project-based curriculum designing, academic delivery, flexible assessments, and corporate culture.
Sweta Sable completed her education at a renowned school and college In Mumbai. She is a seasoned professional with 12+ years of work experience and carries a rich experience with a diversified profile. With leadership in the administration, planning, implementation, and evaluation of counseling services, Sweta started her career in International Client Servicing through an urge to widen her vocabulary. Client servicing not only helped her to build up vocabulary but also helped boost her interpersonal skills and confidence. After the international exposure, she developed an inclination toward the education industry and started her journey as a career counselor.
With zeal and determination to build students’ careers, she started delivering seminars on career guidance and helped students decide their career goals. While counseling students in a particular institute she thought of helping students enhance their profile and that’s when ADYPU happened. She started her journey with ADYPU with a lot of enthusiasm and eyes full of achievements. Apart from her expertise professionally, Sweta is passionate about painting and has filled colors in the lives of many orphans and homeless with her motherly approach. She is indeed a passionate, ambitious and true leader who inspires many.
Surbhi Shah completed her education at a renowned school and college in Mumbai after which she successfully completed her Masters in Marketing and sales management with a diploma in textile designing from a leading institute for nurturing talent and has produced some of the best and extremely successful alumni. Her work experience not only came with her qualifications but with real-life circumstances that she was exposed to at an early age prior to completing her graduation. This was reinforced further by working in her family-owned textile mill and an export house. As a young apprentice, she headed the sales and exports division of this successful family enterprise.
Being on the factory floor gave her deep insights into the technical and production know-how of an efficient and profitable textile mill which included the entire gamut of its operations from the manufacturing process to its final production. A priceless experience that further helped her to fine-tune her skills in the business processes of this facility.
Her career was further enhanced with her exposure and experience with another family-owned business. This was a leading house of jewelry that was established almost a century ago in 1890. Perhaps one of the oldest and most prestigious jewelers to the likes of celebrities, Royal families from many parts of the world, the firm specializes in custom exquisite jewelry. The next generation of the family continues this legacy of fine jewelry. Today the firm continues to cater to a global audience keeping in tune with market realities and an ever-changing global world. Given this excellent background, she honed many business skills that got her to assist in an upcoming educational business venture in Europe.
She has served as the head of the European Headquarters of the D Y Patil Group and has been actively involved in the setup of an International K12 school in Belgium since 2010. The school made remarkable progress in its first few years of operations and continues to expand under her able leadership.
The school was setup up from an idea to reality in merely 7 months, which perhaps is a record of sorts in the operations of the D Y Patil Group. Right from the selection of the site, to its implementation Surbhi single-handedly led its setup. This included negotiations with several stakeholders, financial, legal, government, and the community at large. She continues to be on the board and plays a key leadership role in its functioning to date.
Business and Education are not her only talents, Surbhi is extremely passionate about art and has a degree in mosaic too. She has participated in several exhibitions and expositions both local and international and continues to inspire and create awareness amongst people on the ancient art form of Mosaic.
With 10 + years of experience ranging from corporate sales to media buying, Thomas V Aghamkar has had a humble beginning in life. With aims soaring sky-high, Thomas became a master of all that he put his mind to. His work enabled him to travel the world and work with various nationalities and cultures.. He found the wind beneath his wings while working with BBC Worldwide Network for almost 5 years. A suave man with a big smile, Thomas heads the media, events, branding & international partnership development for Ajeenkya D Y Patil University. Under his leadership, the college has seen a variety of collaborations such as the ones with Redbull & Sunburn for events. He has also propelled collaborations with many renowned names, a few of which include the FC Barca Football Academy, La Trobe University, and the JMC Academy.
