Dr Manju Rughwani is a multi-faceted media, entertainment and communication professional with over 15 years of experience in the field of journalism, communication, public-relations and media training. Her passion lies in excelling her career in three C’s–Content, Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility.
She has published several research papers in reputed national and international journals. Her interest research areas lies in understanding the business dynamics & management techniques of media & communication industries, particularly in the cyberspace and understanding the insights of New Age Digital Audiences.
Her specialization areas are journalism, advertising, public relations, experiential communication, corporate communications and content publishing.
As a content consultant, she has strategized and executed content for leading national and international publishing firms. Her articles have been published in India’s leading newspapers, magazines and web portals. To her credit, she has edited two books and developed content for different industries and non-profit associations.

Dr. Biswajeet Champaty is the Head of the School of Engineering at Ajeenkya D Y Patil Unversity, Pune, He received his B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering from the Biju Patnaik University of Technology Odisha and M.Tech in Biomedical Engineering from SRM University, Chennai. He earned his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Rourkela, Odisha.
He has a profound interest in the field of medical electronics and instrumentation with specialization in bio-signal-based intelligent human-computer interface design for controlling assistive devices. He has extensive expertise in device development for bio signal acquisition, MATLAB based graphical user interface design for real-time signal processing and event monitoring, bio-signal-based wireless control of rehabilitative devices and assistive robotics and applications of IOT in healthcare.
He has published 8 research publications in referred journals, 26 international publications in various IEEE conferences and 13 book chapters of international repute. 7 of his research papers have received best international paper awards.
Dr. Biswajeet has received the ISER-Young Scientist Award 2017 by International Society for Engineers and Researchers, Vienna, Austria for his contribution to the field of “Human-Computer Interaction.
Dr. Shankar completed M.Sc. in Biotechnology from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded, Maharashtra, and received his M. Tech. in Biotechnology from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Rourkela. He earned his Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering from IIT, Varanasi. Along with being with association with ADYPU, he is also an Editorial Board Member of the journal “American Journal of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering” and Reviewer of “Preparative Biochemistry and Biotechnology” and “Signa Vitae” Journals. He has presented his Ph.D. research work at an international conference organised by NTU and AIChE in Singapore and many more National conferences. He has also published 12 peer-reviewed research articles in reputed journals.
He has a core interest in the field of Microbial Biochemicals of therapeutic importance, Bioenergy (2G and 3G ethanol), and bioremediation. His doctoral studies were focused on the “production and Purification of uricase enzyme from microbial sources and its application in the treatment of gout disease”. During M. Tech (2011 – 13) and Ph.D. (2013 – 18), he received an MHRD fellowship, Govt. of India. Later, he joined as a Project Associate at R&D, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), Bangalore, and worked in the Bioenergy area.

Dr. Sachin Rajas has completed his M.Sc. and Ph.D. from Amravati University. He has also completed his B.Ed. from Nagpur University. He has total 19 years of teaching experience in engineering colleges of four different University. His area of research is geometric function theory and fractional calculus. His core area includes Univalent and Multivalent function and their analytical and geometrical properties which deals with complex analysis.
He has published total 11 research papers in International Journals and presented 7 research papers at National/ International Conferences. He has participated/ organized 21 STTP/FDP/Workshop/Seminar/Orientation program/Conference. He is author of 2 books of Engineering Mathematics I and III. He has worked as a reviewer for Tata Mc-Graw Hill Ltd. He is a life member of 3 professional societies as ISTE, IJMSEA and IJERIA.
Dr. Vijay Kulkarni has almost three decades of experience blend of Industry and education. He is masters in various disciplines such as M.S.W, PGDHRM, M.B.A, M.Com, M.M.M., M.Phil., Ph.D. He has worked in different capacities, including Director in Management Institutes. He is Government Certified Internal Auditor for ISO- 9001-2015. He is Yellow and Green Belt Holder of six sigma.
He represents different bodies at national level and international levels. He is instrumental in imparting different training programs in the area of Personality Development, Communication Skills, Team building, Key Responsibility Area (KRA) etc.
He is recipient of various awards and to name a few Radhikabai Apte award from SPPU, Best Youth leader award from ministry of HRD, Life time achievement award in Management, Ideal Teacher Award, We Care award etc.
Dr. Kirti Dang-Longani has more than 14 years of academic experience and 3 years of industrial experience. With a yearning desire to educate people she completed Ph.D. after Masters in Management and moved to academics from the industry. She has presented and published more than 25 Research Papers in different National and International Conferences with ISBN / ISSN, UGC approved journals with good impact factors. She has also written book on Virtual Marketing, MCQs for MBA Semester III published by Himalaya Publication and Employment Relations by Nirali Prakashan. She has been Resource person in many State Universities in India and abroad for FDP and Seminars. She is also Resource person for Ph.D. research course work.
