What we do differently?

ADYPU Placement Cell aims at building a strong interface between industry and the University for Training and placement of students. The cell initiatives includes continuous interaction between industry and corporate to understand their requirements of knowledge and skill sets and to train human resources accordingly. The Cell engages with the industry practitioners by inviting them for guest lectures, industrial visits, on the job training, seminars and arranging for students projects and internships. The Cell provides career counseling and guidance to its students. Special focus is laid for encouraging the students for entrepreneurship.

Campus Placement- The ADYPU Way

Campus placements at ADYPU are open to all the stake holders namely the students, companies as well as the management. The process is designed to help you recognize the breadth of your potential and highlight future opportunities.

Here’s how it works:

  • Initiating contact with companies on a continuing process which in line with the placement schedule.

  • We then inspect the requirements based on which we mail a formal invitation to these companies.
  • On acceptance of the invitation, we fix a mutually convenient date and time for the Interview & Selection process.
  • We announce the visit along with the details provided by the company in the declaration form to the students.
  • Eligible students convey their consent to attend these interviews at least a week in advance. The applicant student’s profiles along with the perquisites are communicated to the company.
  • The company re-confirms their travel plan a week before the allocated visit date.
  • The student volunteers from the placement team get the requisite logistics organized for the campus interviews.
  • Post interview the shortlisted students are notified about their final selection by the company.
  • Students then sign the acceptance of the offer letter and the signed copy is forwarded to the company and the respective Head of School.
